plein air workshop marble, co august 25th to 29th, 2011   Explore and paint the rugged mountains and valleys along the Crystal River from Marble to Redstone. The focus of the workshop will be on letting go of fear, judgement and expectation, and using color as the means of depicting light, form and atmosphere. We will be based at Chair Mountain Ranch, halfway between Marble and Redstone and will be ideally situated to enjoy and paint the luminous hight country. On the 3 workshop days, we'll paint in the mornings and afternoons with Chuck's critiques in late afternoon.
